Haunani-Kay Trask is a prominent voice for indigenous rights in Hawaii and the Pacific Basin. She is Director of the Center for Hawaiian Studies at the University of Hawaii and the author of From a Native Daughter: Colonialism and Sovereignty in Hawaii.
