Marc Lappé has a doctorate in Experimental Pathology. Britt Bailey holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Policy. Both currently work at the Center for Ethics and Toxics (CETOS ). Their co-written book is Against the Grain: Biotechnology & the Corporate Takeover of Your Food.
