Philip Roettinger

Philip Roettinger was a CIA officer involved in the 1954 coup in Guatemala which overthrew the democraticaly-elected government of Jacobo Arbenz. He later became a critic of the agency. He died in January 2002. Interviewed by David Barsamian.
