Winston Nagan

Winston Nagan is an international authority on law, human rights and genocide. He teaches at the University of Florida. A native of South Africa, he was exiled from that country in 1964. He served as Chairman of the Board of Amnesty International from 1989 to 1991. He is co-author of Human Rights in Africa and The War in Former Yugoslavia.
