Orders are generally sent out within one week of order completion via US Postal Service. Larger U.S. and all foreign orders take longer. AR guarantees the quality of all audio and printed material. We will replace any defective MP3, CD or transcript at no cost to you.

CD: 0.1 lbs
Mailed transcript: 0.1 lbs
Book: 0.5 lbs or more

Regardless of weight, US orders above $75 and all season subscriptions receive free shipping! Sorry, no free shipping on international orders.
