General Info

Orders are generally sent out within two weeks of receipt via US Postal Service. AR guarantees the quality of all audio and printed material. We will replace any defective tape, CD or transcript at no cost to you.

Normal shipping and handling

Tapes and CDs: The small additional charge for shipping and handling is
$1 for each group of 1-3 tapes or CDs
(in other words, 1-3 items cost $1, 4-6 cost $2, etc.).
Shipping to Canada is $2 for each group of 3 items.
Outside the US and Canada, the charge is $2 for each tape or CD.
Books: $4 for first book, $3 each additional book (US and Canada).
Outside US and Canada: $9 for first book, $8 each additional book.
If our online store doesn't properly give you your earned discount on shipping more than one book, or fails to cover our cost for international shipping, office staff will correct your charge as needed.

Rush handling guarantees that your order will be shipped within two business days. Charges and availability are subject to change. Rush handling may not be available for large orders.
