How to Order

You have four options: online telephone e-mail postal mail

Ordering online

You can buy AR programs and books via our secure online shopping cart:

  1. From any program page, click on any "Add to Cart" button. This will take you to your shopping cart.
  2. When you're done adding items, read about our volume discounts at the bottom of the cart page.
    • Write down any applicable discount codes.
  3. Click "Proceed to Checkout >>"
  4. Enter your contact e-mail and billing/shipping address(es).
    • We will never sell your info to third parties.
    • If you are a Colorado resident, sales tax will be added and you will see the new order total.
  5. Click "Continue to the Next Step"
  6. If you have a discount code, enter it under Discounts and click Apply
  7. Select a payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, and check.
    • If paying by check, please note your order will not ship until your check has cleared.
  8. If you don't wish to be added to our newsletter, uncheck the box under "Keep me updated".
  9. Click "Complete my purchase" to submit your order.

Ordering by telephone

As always, we're standing by for your phone order Mon-Thu 9am-4pm Mountain Time. Telephone orders can be paid for using your Visa and MasterCard. To reach us:

If you reach our message machine, we're either helping another customer or out of the office. It is a secure line. Leave us a message with your:

  • Desired programs (whenever possible, please identify programs by the speaker, title, and product code, e.g., #CHON172)
  • Name
  • Contact e-mail (optional but desired)
  • Phone number
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address (if different from billing address)
  • Credit card number, expiration date, and security code (3-digit code on back)

Ordering by e-mail

You can also e-mail your order to info@alternativeradio.org
Warning: Ordinary internet email is not a secure way of transmitting a credit card number. We suggest ordering using the secure online shopping cart, calling, or using postal mail.

Ordering by postal mail

Finally, you're welcome to order by mail. Send your order along with a check or money order to:
