Danny Schechter

Danny Schechter was an important figure in progressive broadcast journalism. He won two Emmys while working at 20/20. He was Executive Producer of Globalvision, which produced the highly-acclaimed public TV series South Africa Now and Rights & Wrongs. He is the author of The More You Watch the Less You Know. He passed away in 2015.
