Joseph Collins is co-founder of the Institute for Food and DevelopmentPolicy also known as Food First. He has been researching and writing about the causes of and solutions to maldevelopment and hunger for decades. He is the author of numerous articles and books including Food First: Beyond the Myth of Scarcity and World Hunger: Twelve Myths.
