Radha Kumar is director at Jamia Milia Islamia’s Nelson Mandela Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution in New Delhi. She is a specialist on ethnic conflicts and peace processes. She has edited and authored several reports including “Frameworks for a Kashmir Settlement.”
