Robert Pollin

Robert Pollin is Distinguished Professor of Economics and Co-Director of the Political Economy Research Institute at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He has written many books, including Greening the Global Economy, and with Noam Chomsky Climate Crisis and the Global Green New Deal. He has consulted with numerous NGOs in several countries and with U.S. states and municipalities on building high-employment green economies.  He has also worked with organizations on creating statewide living wage statutes, and on the economics of single-payer health care in the U.S.
