Winston Nagan

Winston Nagan was an international authority on law, human rights and genocide. He taught at the University of Florida. A native of South Africa, he was exiled from that country in 1964. He served as Chairman of the Board of Amnesty International from 1989 to 1991. He is co-author of Human Rights in Africa and The War in Former Yugoslavia. He died in 2025.
