Mansour Khalid

Mansour Khalid is Senior Advisor to the Executive Director of the United Nations Environmental Program and Chair of the African Center for Resources and the Environment. He has served as Sudan’s Minister of Youth and Culture, Education and finally Foreign Affairs.
