The Path to Peace in Global Society

No keynote address from Tenzin Gyatso (His Holiness the Dalai Lama) is without a jaw dropping shocker to contemplate. In this speech, the humble monk and professed Marxist says that meditation and prayer are not practical solutions, and that action is more important than prayer. He appeals to all for more action to address injustices, and the poverty that arises from exploitation. His common sense multi-faith message is that cultivating a sense of the oneness of humanity has the greatest possibility. He guides his audience to this logical conclusion.
