The Right Turn of the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court is at the center of numerous controversies ranging from freedom of speech to reproductive rights. No issue is more volatile than Roe v. Wade, which guarantees women the right to an abortion. The Court is currently hearing a case which may decide the fate of Roe. Nadine Strossen contends that the Court has taken an activist turn to the right in ignoring established legal precedents.
